Christian Bryant is a broadcast journalist based in Washington, D.C. Most recently, he was an anchor and reporter at Scripps News (formerly Newsy), where he spent 13 years developing shows for the network, producing episodes for the company's award-winning documentary series, and reporting on a range of topics from across the country.

In the course of his career, he has interviewed politicians who have mastered the art of spin, well-known public figures, engaged community members, shy children, and even a spotlight-seeking hand puppet. He believes stories are all around us — and it's our responsibility to draw them out.
